Job Description

- Prepare monthly Tax declaration. This includes VAT, Salary Tax, Withholding Tax, Profit Tax and others.

- Record Tax document into system for each company under group

- Prepare necessary documents to support monthly and yearly tax declaration

- Prepare and coordinate all tasks relevant to Tax requirement

- Maintain records and documentation for tax audit purposes

- Assist to prepare necessary documents to support monthly and yearly tax declaration including the stock movement, and fixed assets.

- Coordinate the tax audit conducted by the Tax Department

- Ensure all tax preparation and submission is on time

- Work with MOC for company / branch registration / annual declaration payment/ renew article of incorporation

- Perform and ensure document are properly filed and manage

- Perform other tasks assigned by manager

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance and banking, Accounting, Tax or related field.

• At least three-years experience in account and finance file

• Good computer skill Microsoft office, internet, QuickBooks, Peachtree

• Good in both written and spoken English.

• Good in interpersonal, hardworking, and reliability.
