• Mainly response to staff recruitment and selection process.

• Lead and coordinate employer branding activities.

• Take responsibility for staff resign and staff termination analysis.

• Support HR team to leading for organizational activities, prepare New Employee Orientation, as well as onboard oriented.

• Based on professional capabilities and processes (Organization diagnosis and appraisal report, talent supply, talent development, appraisal and incentive) to ensure the timely implementation of HR solutions, and provide professional support for business departments in process operations.

• Staff performance management and assessment.

• Joining and support HR team for any organizational climate activities, such as Open Day & Town Hall.

• Other tasks assigned by Director.

• MBA or Bachelor of Business Administration related major is required.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Human Resource Management and or talent acquisition.

• Good interpersonal and communication for both verbal and written skills in English and Chinese.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (word, excel, and power point) for all the standard design

• Good interpersonal and communication skills and active characteristic

• Self-motivated and teamwork spirit.
