- Receive quotes and source for a supplier that suits the needs of the company (price, quality of the product and delivery time)

- Receive and review all new assigned orders for each client and purchase trims/supplies based on order needs

- Create or update information of items delivered or available

- Keep control of inventory and clearance of the entire trim department

- Keep records of purchase orders, ensuring they are received and paid accordingly

- Prepare trim orders to supply to contractors when needed.

- Must have more than five (5) years of related work experience

- Good Chinese communication skills (verbal and written)

- Ability to communicate in English language is a plus

- Strong organizational skills

- Must have the ability to solve problem and demonstrate leadership skills

- Must work well in a team environment

- Hard Working and Proactive

- Previous experience of working in a purchasing department –Minimal of 2 years).
