- To identify the sales monthly target and performance which link to monthly variable pay of the sales team

- To collaborate the monthly sales target to regional sales managers and sales director

- To work out and track the monthly sales incentive achievement and collect relevant data to analyze the achievement in comparison with company target

- Propose New Incentive to drive company performance

- Analysis the execution KPIs and propose programs to drive through the sales team

- To review and propose the sales incentives or programs to drive the sales and commercial target (net sales revenue/ volume and execution KPIs)

- To review the availability of brands and execution KPIs and propose programs to drive through sales team

- To calculate/ compile the sales special incentives, if any, timely and accurately.

- To keep track and analyze the effectiveness of the incentives with the agreed KPIs and time frame

- Build VP & Special Incentive BI Report

- Coaching all users to use all available BI in order to drive all KPIs

- Working closely with Sale trainer to improve the reading capability by providing the training to users

- Customize BI report with feedback from user to deliver more result

- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting, Sales & Marketing or in a related area.

- Knowledge with SAP (SD module)

- At least 2- or 3-years’ experience in FMCG

- Good English speaking or other language is plus.

- Proficient in MS Office or other system.

- Excellence in interpersonal skill and effective communication

- Knowledge in marketing & Sales Strategies
