- Meet telesales team objectives including call rates, conversion rates, campaign deadlines, lead qualification, customer data management and revenue targets. - Drive prospecting and retention initiatives. - Follow up and qualification of new sales leads. - Actively enrich customer database and contact information. - Acquire new customers and deliver new business revenue through actively hunting white space and executing strategic sales campaigns. - Effectively identify and develop qualified sales opportunities to develop a sales pipeline using prescribed sales methodology. - Collaborate with field sales staff on sizable opportunities, leveraging senior sales team experience to maximize deal potential where applicable. - Generate leads, appointments and product demonstrations for field sales team were required. - Act as a POC for all team-related concerns and liaison between his/her assigned shift and the supervisor - Support the Supervisor on team specific activities which includes execution of action items on his/her assigned shift as necessary

- Bachelor’s Degree holder required. - With 5 years of telesales experience with 6 months minimum tenure in REPH - Minimum 2 years sales experience within a prominent organization where solution and consultative selling approaches were used is critical. - Ability to provide information to customers in a clear, concise, courteous, polite and professional manner. - Effective interpersonal written and verbal communications skills. - Strong attention to detail is required. - Strong numeracy skills are essential. - Basic PC knowledge, working knowledge of Windows operating systems, Internet and mainstream web browsers. - Willing to work on rotating schedule which may include night shift - Must have not received any Disciplinary Action within the past 1 year - Knowledge on all REPH Elsevier Telesales activities (Journals, Healthcheck, Lead Generation and Market Research) preferred
