-MAIN MISSIONS: -Implement Digital strategy a global level Teuk Saat: -Define key drivers implement efficient agile Digital Strategy build our digital presence. -Community Management: plan execute Social Media strategy Facebook. -Monitor competition -Create, organize manage social media calendar -Upgrade depending performances. -Website O-We: upgrade & push SEO. -Digital Pilot: -How use Digital increase our Sales, impact better educate population the entrepreneurs our Health & sanitary messages? -Define Pilot scope: -Choose relevant Villages -Define Digital levers be tested different plans investment levels (basic FB page animation, digital contest, awareness content, boost, Display advertising campaigns recruit, etc...), by benchmarking normal -brands social businesses animation & content. -Define KPIs expected results. -Implement Digital Pilot the villages: -Launching event: and conduct training the Teams. -Test, Learn & Upgrade: on field understand what working not why. -Analyze & recommend: -Understand key-learnings & best practices be able roll-out: make some recommendations how we scale obtain high-hands results. -If possible, evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels customer touch points. -Measure our impact each set-ups (Sales upgrade, ROI, Awareness). -CRM Pilot: -How use CRM tools better read our Consumer datas, hence increase our Sales Impact? Help entrepreneurs their Team better understand Sales give tools increase Sales & revenue. -Learnings: understand key learnings past pilots done Cambodia (QR code project) + benchmark others social businesses using kind tools. -Define Scope: villages be same for digital pilots be able measure uplift Digital Pilot. -Define CRM Tool: -Understand how CRM tool can become key the entrepreneur his daily management. -Define best tool be implemented (taking care local User Experience entrepreneur & delivery guys: no reading / writing / Khmer language, offline, etc…). -Implement Digital Pilot the villages: -Transformation Plan: build Behavior Change plan accompany entrepreneur their Team the way, and conduct training the team. Link the current on Sales Training. -Test, Learn & Upgrade: on field understand what working not why. -Analyze & recommend: -Understand key-learnings & best practices be able roll-out: make some recommendations how we scale obtain high-hands results. -Measure our impact each set-ups (Sales upgrade, ROI, Awareness) -SUPERVISION: Global Sales & Marketing Director 1001fontaines (operational) + Social Franchise Director (hierarchical).

Jobs Requirement

-University degree business, sales, marketing, digital advertising. -Cambodian native. Strong knowledge English – able confidently translate Khmer English. -Good knowledge Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint Excel). -Digital expertise + graphic & video editing tools like Photoshop, AI, InDesign, Adobe Premium a plus. -Start-up spirit. Interested/passionate about social causes. -Data target driven mind-set. -Strong drive, proactivity autonomy, excellence execution mind-set. -Willing learn curious, good listener adaptation skills.
