• Make layout plan/drawing /3D proposal ( Architecture drawing / MEP drawing ) • Developing Schedule / Developing Budget and propose to G4 • Recruit contractor • Arrange Tender document and submit to G4 • Negotiation price with contractor • Receive and check quotation tender from contractor and discuss with G4 • Take action of any store problem immediately ( PIC ) • Site Monitoring & Reporting Daily/Weekly Progress to G4 • Control Quality and following standard • Present Each project handle to Management as schedule • Contact contractors/supplier and received quotation and discuss with G4 then send to each department request • Sourcing equipment and construction material • Feedback Concess Renovation design & schedule. • Receiving Oversea Equipment and arrange installation • Updating receiving oversea equipment schedule to G4 • Submit Approval Document to Management and follow up progress • Received and Submit Construction Handover to Head of Department/GM/ Store Manager and pass to Accountant • Follow up supplier / contractor payment. • Participate in company events such stock take, tree planting and other Corporate Social Responsibility as assigned.

• English: Conversation and above • Can use CAD, JWCAD • Minimum 2 years experiences related real estate. • Excellent negotiations skill and honestly. • Knowledge of process design and layout. • Understand of real estate market and trend. • Good communication both Khmer & English • Willing to learn new thing
