• Oversee daily operations of the business units, assigning monthly performance goals and assuring their completion, while accomplishing your own goals. • Ensure the creation and implementation of a strategy designed to grow the business. • Act as business advisory to management team regarding financial strategic plan by providing financial planning, analyses and insights on business performance. • Analyze data and advise top management on how to maximize profits. • Prepare financial statements, business activity reports, and financial forecasts. • Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans. • Ensure that the organization’s financial records and recordkeeping methods are in compliance with applicable standards and regulations. • Periodically review the organization’s financial reports and identify opportunities for cost reduction. • Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth/expansion.
