Primarily responsible for business development To monitor Sales performance on daily basis Work closely with Associate Assistant to Sales Manager to achieve the overall key result areas Support partner and manage sale plans and strategize Direct Supervise, motivate and lead Sales Executive team in achieving sales target Coach and mentor Sales Executive team Actively recruit Sales Executive team if any vacancy available Manage Sales Executive team productivity, deferment & claim case To build solid relationship with direct customers for both retail and corporate products Ability to engage direct customer for both retail and corporate products to influence outcome

Bachelor Degree in Business related discipline At least 2-3-year experience in a supervisory position Experience in selling insurance products would be an added advantage Demonstrate strong leadership capability and a can-do attitude Dynamic, independent and integrity Enjoy working in challenging sales environment Strong communication skill and reasonable command of English language Enjoy working with hi-tech gadgets
