Track, monitor, and investigate incidents on a daily basis. Analyse safety data and propose initiatives to improve the Grab platform. Work closely with the Incident Response and Public Relations teams in escalations of incidents to management, and propose steps to mitigate business risks. Work with the Regional Safety team to roll out new safety features for both the Passenger and Driver apps to enhance safety and user experience for Grab users in Cambodia. Work with relevant government agencies and NGOs to promote road safety. Provide safety advice and training to grab driver-partners. Work with the Marketing team in ensuring customer satisfaction with regards to safety experience on the platform.
