Provide re-education training to driver-partners to improve quality and safety performance. Monitor PRT & DRT (user feedback), propose action plans and execute. Take responsibility for quality framework, from automated detection monitoring to setting up automated actions. Closely monitor supply performance and quality for both existing and new services, to ensure platform efficiency. Collaborate with Grab Support, Operations, Deliveries and Marketing teams to provide up-to-date information about driver- and merchant-partner quality and safety metrics. Monitor fraud flags raised daily and weekly by the User Trust team, and detect suspicious cases and unusual trips/orders. Oversee appeals, using data analysis and partner feedback to make decisions. Propose initiatives to constantly improve the platform’s quality.

A Bachelor’s degree with outstanding academic performance, or equivalent. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Strong ability to convince and influence others.
