Follow and execute revenue collection cycle Monitor Receivables of company Merchants Investigate and resolve possible collection discrepancies or disputes Ensure a smooth collection process and maintain a warm, professional relationship with the Merchants Prepare business support reports and forecasts Liaise with internal and external auditors and ensure compliance with company’s policies, Revenue codes and accounting standards. Handle, support and guide company merchants on company business SOPs. Build relationships/partnerships with merchants and manage their performance and contribution to building the partner network Develop and maintain a solid understanding of all products and services company offers. Work with other teams in company (Ads and Rewards) to align on a strong value proposition Ability to build good long term relationships with partners, deliver partners’ needs and utilize the given organizational resources to grow company. Perform other duties as assigned by manager. Able to work under pressure while serving partners service.

Prefer 6 months experience in finance /accounting or a related field. Bachelor degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance. Have an good understanding in billing-to-cash process. Energetic, detail oriented, enthusiastic and calm even in very dynamic and fast-paced working conditions. Excellent time management and communication skills. Experience in F&B industry is an advantage. Excellent in MS excel. Fluent in both English and Khmer. Chinese is a plus. Good communication and good attitude Good patience and good at problem solving
