- Grow a portfolio of clients through building strong relationships with customers and networking. - Procure new business through new customer acquisition Manage and grow relationships with existing customers. - Deliver client satisfaction through tailored solutions according to client objectives and service issue resolution. - Achieve daily/weekly/monthly/yearly targets. - Cross-sale other banking products to optimized revenue. - Conduct financial portfolio management for clients through quality advice and recommendations with a suite of banking solutions. - Ensure compliance at all times – process, policy, and working instruction. - Constitute ideas and suggestions for improvement and success. Perform other duties as assigned.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance & Accounting, or any other related fields. - Minimum 2 years of working experience in the banking and financial services industry with a strong track record in relationship management and networking. - Financial literacy and ability to interpret and analyse financial statements. - In-depth knowledge of bank branch operations, rules and regulations, laws, and risk management. - Excellent customer service; client relationship management, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to communicate in both Khmer and English and/or other languages. - Proficient Microsoft Office and Bank’s system.
