• Create financial and business models to recommend potential new development and evaluate property investment strategies (including project and portfolio management) • Review assigned business processes from end-to-end to identify and address operational, financial, technological risks and improve efficiency • Develop additional quantitative and analytical tools to enhance project selection and portfolio management • Prepare financial documents for presentation to potential investors on specific investments • Conduct market research on the industry and gather market intelligence to enhance the strategies • Maintain up-to-date information on the latest economic trend, and any updates in the financial markets/Blockchain • Manage relationships with different departments and expectations by developing a communication process to keep others up-to-date on project development • Work independently within the team on miscellaneous projects and identify capabilities and processes that drive continuous improvement • Perform active surveillance of portfolio holdings to identify trends and make recommendations • Assist with other tasks assigned by the director

• Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting or related field • 5 years of working experience in finance, Investment or related field • Strong knowledge in economy, banking and finance • Be able to communicate in English and Chinese is a plus • Excellent with Microsoft Office, research and analytic skills • Committed, conscientious, result-oriented, creative, flexible, and self-driven individuals • Team player with a high level of professionalism, exceptional communications and interpersonal skills for customer relationship management as well as cross-functional coordination within the organization
