- Maintains workflow by monitoring steps of the process; setting processing variables; observing control points and equipment; monitoring personnel and resources; studying methods; implementing cost reductions; developing reporting procedures and systems; facilitating corrections to malfunctions within process control points; initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments - Determine and track most important WH & Distribution KPIs, not limit to Stock variance, inventory accuracy, forklift productivity etc - Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, handling equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures. - Implement and execute inventory programs and processes to protect good quality of Finished Goods, Wooden pallets and adhere to standard of safety and health of employees - Routinely review inventory stock by conduct stock day with FI and coordinate with QA, planning to sort out potential Write Off material. - Work with appointed transport company/freight forwarder and ensure timely deliveries of goods to customers/wholesalers. - Regular report, update and analysis of inventory status and operation performance. - Ensures operation of handling equipment by calling for repairs, evaluating new equipment and techniques - Responsible for the planning of raw materials order, usage, repacking, expiry store and working closely with production R&D and QA staff - Managing and planning store operation task, activities and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports about store operation - SAP system execute ontime and accuracy

- Bachelor Degree in Business administration, Warehouse, Store and/or Supply Chain or related field. - 3 or 4 Years relevant experience in transportation, warehouse, order processing and customer service - 1-2 years relevant experience in Supply Chain Management, Warehousing and Distribution - Strong and effective interpersonal and communication skills - Good analytical skills, Good interpersonal and communication skills in both local and English - Computer, Ms. Outlook and Ms. Office and SAP system - Be able to work in the team and individually - Ability to build relationship across all Functions - Honest, highly committed and following the work ethics. - Good in both verbal and writing English
