- Oversee the day‐to‐day activities of the technical support - Troubleshooting and providing technical support for users - Prepare document and book of full training research thesis - Maintenance and monitoring as PBX, DVR, APC UPS system - Purchase request and work with suppliers about IT equipment - Control and troubleshoot LAN and Wi-Fi connection in head office and branches - Monitoring on Zabbix about internet system, hardware performance and system alert issue

- Fresh Graduated bachelor’s degree in Information Technology - Good knowledge in both written & spoken English - Experience in related position minimum 1 year and especially with helpdesk support is an option - Knowledge of Windows Server Admin basics - Knowledge of Network TCP/IP basics - Knowledge of Linux like system is a plus - Flexible and willing to learn - Able to work under pressure, honest, hardworking, good teamwork & interpersonal skill
