• Understand very clearly Business owners’ mission and vision and design/controls the direction of the company • Decides budgets for all departments and targets and initiates business partnerships with other companies • Drives the culture of the business • Oversees employment and ensures there are enough staff (and the right people) • Directly handle all department head’s and monitor KPI growth. • Generates new business and gives approval of new projects • Responsible for day- to- day decisions and identifies risks and ensures appropriate strategies are in place • Ensures the correct practices are being met • Attends board meetings and other presentations • Drives profitability of the business The finer details... • Apart from the board of directors, a CEO is left to their own devices and even if they do ask for feedback, most workers won’t be keen to point out failings in the big boss. • Reporting to the Board of Directors. • Making high- level decisions about policy and strategy and keeping the Board of Directors informed about policy issues. • Providing executive leadership across an organization and evaluating the success of the organization. • Developing and implementing operational policies. • Acting as the primary spokesperson for the organization and developing the organization’s culture and vision. • Develop an organizational environment that promotes positive staff morale and performance. • Retaining existing staff members who are performed well • Shaping market opportunities and Winning new business. • CEO should have knowledge of profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow management. • Ability to inspire confidence and create trust • Ability to plan own workload effectively and to delegate. • Supports operations and administration of Board by advising and informing Board members, interfacing between Board and staff, and supporting Board's evaluation of chief executive • Oversees design, marketing, promotion, delivery and quality of programs, products and services • Recommends yearly budget for Board approval and prudently manages organization's resources within those budget guidelines according to current laws and regulations • Effectively manages the human resources of the organization according to authorized personnel policies and procedures that fully conform to current laws and regulations • Assures the organization and its mission, programs, products, and services are consistently presented in strong, positive image to relevant stakeholders • Communicate a clear, strategic sales vision, effectively training and coaching both veteran and junior sales team members • Cultivate excellent relationships with new prospects and existing customers. • Turn around lagging operations and prepare companies for fast growth and profitability. • Develop key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans • Responsible for hitting annual targets, building relationships and understanding customer trends. • Increasing the customer-base using business development activities and strategize expansion to different verticals. • Responsible for delivering top-line and bottom-line growth, considering cost impacts on.

Jobs Requirement

- At least 38 years old - • To be one of the Great Executive of PTC Group we require Experience in strategic planning and execution. • Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management. • Experience in formulating policy and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures. • Ability to develop financial plans and manage resources. • Ability to analyze and interpret financial data and knowledge of public relations principles and practices. • Knowledge of communication and public relation techniques. • Ability to identify and secure funding/ revenue sources. • Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to communicate and interact with officials at all levels of government and to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community. • Ability to motivate teams and simultaneously manage several projects. • This is normally acquired through a combination of the completion of a master’s degree in business administration, Finance or Accounting and ten years of experience in a leadership role for a large division or company. • Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel.
