- Ensure that equipment is maintained in good & safe working conditions - Practice 6s and operate to standard required (Hygiene-GPM-HACCP…) - Keep the production area cleanness and good working environment - Learn all field related to production areas and reserve as back-up person in case of anyone absence - Carry out any other duties as assigned by Hancho (team leader)/ Shift Coordinator & work as team - Joint ER team on maintenance activities & installation new equipment/commissioning - Conduct daily maintenance check list to ensure that the machine is always ready to run at high efficiency - Minimize waste and initiate improvement ideas

- Minimum Education: Technical diploma or BST of Mechanical, electrical, automation, foods science and related working experience is encouraged to apply - Working experience: At less 1 year is required - Education: Khmer language can write, reading and English required know on basic English, writing and speaking
