• Develops and executes the marketing strategy and action plans to meet target annual sales.
 • Manages the marketing activities: branding, customer and channel management, sales and promotions • Be updated on market information and trends of related products 
 • Maintains and updates key marketing/sales contacts with both domestic and international • 
markets. 
 • Represent the company to various business platforms such as exhibitions, public dialogue, fundraising and other networks
 • Manage the social media presence of NatureWild and as needed work with service providers to execute the strategy • Manage contracts, tendering arrangements and ongoing relationships with suppliers 
 and buyers • Prepares and presents regular sales and marketing reports

• Proven experience in Sales and Marketing • Demonstrable experience in developing sales and marketing plans, in the food/beverage or natural product/wellness sector an advantage • Thorough knowledge of market changes and forces that influence the company • Strong understanding of social media / online marketing tools and techniques. • Familiarity with sales and marketing best practices • Excellent organisational and leadership skills • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities • BSc/BA in marketing management and sales or relevant field; • Being driven and focused • Creative and dynamice • Networking, partnership development • Being bilingual: English and Khmer • Strong interest in NTFPs, food and wellness sector • In depth knowledge of sales and marketing principles • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
