Job Summary / Scope • Inspect and repair various energy system such as plumbing, lighting and kitchen equipment; • Assist with repairing floors, roofs and doors and installing new products; • Maintain positive guest interactions and provide special services for guests upon request; • Assist the Senior Maintenance Officer when necessary. Detailed Job Description 1. Maintain positive guest interactions and provide special services for guests upon request; 2. Maintain and repair manageable mechanical/functional operations; 3. Maintain and repair electrical wiring (i.e., switches/lamps), small plumbing problems (i.e., fixtures, pipe replacement/repair); appliance maintenance (i.e., washer, dryer, air conditioner, boiler, etc.); 4. Maintain safety and security, windows, doors, key and lock procedures; 5. Maintain and repair drywall, wall covering, painting, stucco, grouting and tile; 6. Follow preventive maintenance schedule outlined by the hotel management; 7. Monitor and service the CCTV Cable system; 8. Be on call 24hrs in case of emergency

• Bachelor’s Degree in in engineering (Civil, Electrical and Mechanical) or related technical courses; • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in maintenance, electrical and mechanical; • Basic English communication (verbal and written) and reading skills required; • Knowledge of mechanical tools/equipment, general hand tools/equipment, lawnmower and landscaping tools/equipment strongly preferred • Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends and public holidays subject to rota and a willingness to extend of change hours and days of work from time to time upon request and subject to operational requirements. Specific language Skill, if needed: Khmer and English (Basic) Essential Requirements • Presentable • Excellent on troubleshooting • Excellent ability of MS Word and Excel
