- Perform all necessary repairs, ensuring safety and condition of the hotel are excellent. - Repair electric, plumbing, painting installations of all buildings, rooms and equipment. - Ensure high quality of finishing for every job. - Make sure the security of the team, guests and the building is ensured at all times. - Refrain from using cheap fixing methods (for example no Scotch on electric wires). - Respond to emergency maintenance requests immediately. - Keep maintenance stock area clean, neat and tidy. - Communicate to front desk any occurrences involving customers’ request or complaints. - Be responsible for any works done. - Attend required job trainings.
