Building Capabilities • Workforce competency management. • Identifying training and development needs within an organization. - Design and develop training programs - Designing and developing training and development programs based on both the organization’s (SWFP & SC FC) and the individual’s needs (PDP) & get it approved. - Develop training materials and testing or evaluation checklist & keep it up to date. - Work with Department heads on e-learning program related to their section & set up plan for individual. • Implement training programs - Ensuring that statutory training requirements are met; - Amending and revising programs as necessary, in order to adapt to the changes that occur in the work environment. - Helping line managers and trainers to solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups. - Train instructors and supervisors in techniques and skills for training and dealing with employees. - Management of all training materials of company. - Organize the using of training materials in company (also include e-learning platform). • Evaluate of training effectiveness - Evaluating training and development programs & make it improvement if necessary. • Training Budget plan - Considering the costs of planned programs and keeping within budgets. Implement Career Development Initiatives • Design career development for all positions. - Design “development way” for each position. - Communicate career development to all employees. • Work with department Heads to identify career development for each employee. - Work with department heads to assess FC Competency of each employee based on Organization maturity level. - Make development plan for each employee. Performance Management Cycle • Work with People Business Partners to implement and track the performance evaluation of the entire workforce Employer Branding and Corporate Values • Ensure end to end employer branding through corporate identity and employee induction programs; • Coordinate Climate Employee Engagement Survey improvement plan to be developed and implemented on time, progress reporting

Jobs Requirement

- Preferably 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain - Experience in conducting Training Needs Analysis and a proven record of a specialized Learning and Development role with a wide professional network - Excellent social skills. - Strong communication skills, influential, effective networker - Ability to work as a member - Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
