Formulate branding and sales & marketing plans according to company sales strategy, assist the Sales center General Manager in breaking down and executing the work relating to project planning, sales, Preparation, promotion, etc. Strengthen the cooperation with local sales channels and accomplish annual sales target; Assist the Sales center Director in perfecting the sales & marketing management system, improve the local sales & marketing network, integrate sales & marketing resources and implement the sales strategy; Assist the Sales & Marketing General Manager to analyses Cambodia real estate market information, adjust product development and choose the right sales direction and method; study the industry trend, provide feasibility report for operation; Assist the Sales & Marketing General Manager in formulating plans for the major publicity activities, marketing campaigns, brand-promoting activities, and guide the implementation of such plans. According to the sales target and actual sales performance achieved conduct reasonable evaluation of Cambodian staff’s performance; improve and train the local sales & marketing team; guide, instruct, supervise the sales performance of relative positions, assure the accomplishment of sales goal; Familiar with the responsibilities of different divisions of the department, according to personal experience and local practice, analyses the problems existing in the department and give suggestions for improvement. Coordinate the relationship with important customers, maintain public relations, reach out for major business opportunities, and solve crucial problems met in the process of business expansion.

Cambodian with local industry experience; Over 5 years of experience in sales & marketing in real estate or related industries; Rich sales & marketing skills, well connected locally; Good at staff training and management, capable of integrating product strengths and utilize them in marketing; Fluency in English, able to communicate in simple Chinese is a plus.
