Level Entry Level Job Function Marketing , Media and Communication Industry Advertising / Public Relation / Events Preferred Applicant Local Required Language English , Khmer Deadline Feb 25, 2022 Job Summary The candidate who is attached with Key Opinion Leaders unit under the Business Development department is responsible for the sourcing, identification and selection of KOLs and onboard them using our Passionation platform Responsibilities and Duties • Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and industry thought leaders • Attend relevant events for networking and business relationships building • Source of influences and thought leaders through various social media such as Facebook, Instagram, Youtube • Identify the capability and the potential of these influencers and their suitability to be onboarded as Passionation KOLs • Analyze the latest marketing trends in influencers management and how to leverage on these trends to improve the companies image • Liase with internal teams from other departments to plan, curate and coordinate marketing strategies to expand Passionation KOLs branding and its influencers • Relationship building with existing KOLs and assist them in any queries where possible

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent • Proficiencies in English language (other foreign languages is an added advantage) • Good and pleasant personality • No work experience required • Qualified individuals must have fundamental computer skills including experience using email, the web, and Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint • Passionate and flexible about innovation and speed learning • High level of knowledge and understanding of internet especially Internet Media i.e. Online advertising trends, latest advertising technology, etc • With great persistency, responsibility and patience in completing tasks
