- Supporting team in promoting the bank’s products and services specifically non-loan products which include deposit, remittance, card, mobile banking, internet banking, etc. - Implementing marketing strategies in order to sale the bank’s products and services - Assisting team members in communicating with customers to ensure their application is smoothly processed both in the bank’s premise and offsite - Communicating with related department/team to ensure the smooth process of product registrations from customers. - Supporting and handling customers’ inquiries related to the bank’s products and services particularly non-loan product - Monitoring the Sale Support Team’s performance to ensure that the performance of the team members is achieved as per the target. - Providing good service and communication with the potential and existing clients. - Maintaining close communication with the customers to ensure the better service is provided. - Supporting and providing weekly/monthly training to Sale Support team on the products and services information. - Handling clients’ issues relating to the bank products and take a prompt action to solve the problem - Handling other tasks assigned by Manager.

- Bachelor degree in Finance and Banking field or another relevant field - Minimum Three -Year experience with banks or MFIs. - Friendly, smile and professional sound - Flexibility and self-confident - Be able to work under pressure - Honesty, Commitment and hard work - Good communicate skills.
