• Balancing international internet traffic • Answering technical queries and dealing with often support team leader • Deal with some special customers • Troubleshooting any reported problems • Monitoring Network performance • Ensuring that the network infrastructure is up and running 99.999 • Hold and un-hold IP based customer • Activate new customer • Remove termination customer • Preparing vlan, IP address for customer • Downgrade and upgrade the bandwidth of IP base customer • Change plan PPPoE to IPBASE and IPBASE to PPPoE • Handle and coordinate new connection and problem-solving of customers at AEON • Escalating the issue to Senior NOC engineer • Send daily report to Senior NOC engineer • Other tasks assigned by Senior NOC engineer.

• Bachelor of computer science or related fields • Two years of experience in networking • Good knowledge of technology and skill in networking Cisco (Routing and Switching) • Knowledge on NVR, Camera, Hotspot • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Willing to work as a team and be able to work under pressure.
