- Lead, manage or assist with risk-based IT audits including risk assessments, business and IT operational process reviews, IT security, integrated audits, cyber security audits, and system implementation reviews with minimal oversight. - Determine effectiveness of planning and oversight of IT activities. Evaluate adequacy of IT operating processes and internal controls. - Evaluate adequacy of enterprise-wide compliance efforts, related to IT policies and internal control procedures. - Identify areas with deficient internal controls, recommend corrective actions to address deficiencies Review IT application systems including business application systems to assess adequacy of system controls over accuracy, completeness and availability. - Review operating systems and database security as well as IT general controls (e.g. Data Centre operations) Lead and review information technology audit reports regarding to audit results, audit findings, supported documents, audit evidences to ensure the completeness, sufficient and effectiveness Mentor and provide training to audit staff or interns. - Actively manage relationships with business partners and co-workers - Other tasks assigned from head of internal audit

- University degree in Computer Science, Information System, or a related field. - 5-6 years of working experience in managing and/or directing an IT operation especially Oracle. - Proven experience in IT infrastructure planning and development, project management, Risk Management, Policy development and Digitalization. - Knowledge of current network and PC operating systems, hardware, protocols, and standards. - Knowledge of system design, development, and cyber security. - Knowledge of business theory, business processes, management, budgeting, and business office operations. - Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations. - Strong leadership skills. - Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills. - Ability to conduct and direct research into IT issues and products. - Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language. - Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
