- Process and approve claims within authority limit which include verification of transactions and preparation of case summaries exceeding limit for superior's approval. - Effective claims management n area of timely claims approval, finalization of outstanding claims and assist superior on other ad hoc jobs - Reduce average claim costs - Finalization of outstanding claims - Process claims within TAT set by department - Resolve complaints received from insured and others - Attend to queries and advising claim procedures to stakeholders / customers - Improve claim services to foster better relationship with external and internal customers - Customer engagement, i.e. marketing visits, conduct training, periodic bordereaux sending and etc - Monthly file audit - Conduct claim files review quarterly - Involves in projects and initiatives

- Bachelors' Degree in any related field; - 3 years' working experience in Claims and Insurance industry; - Prior experience in Loss adjusting will be an added advantage; - Demonstrate good written and oral communication skills - Work well within team environment, and be able to build good, sustainable relationships both with clients and work colleagues - Possess the technical competence to do the job, demonstrated either by relevant qualifications or past experience, with the ability to practically and logically solve problems - Ability to multi-task, plan effectively and meet deadlines - Be capable of taking on a high level of responsibility, and take constructive feedback where necessary
