• Day to day duties will involve trouble shooting and solving Network, Software and Hardware issues. • Recording and managing laptop repairs, managing network user accounts, upgrading and replacing hardware, Installation and replacing new software, troubleshooting and configuring network and Wi-Fi settings. • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests • Providing technical support across the company • Setting up accounts for new users • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary • Monitoring and handle on company social media • Provide technical support with the respect to the proper use of software and proper setup, use and care of hardware (PC workstations, laptops, printers, modems, etc.) • Other additional works assigned by management • CCTV System

• Bachelor Degree of Information Technology • Have experience to work in the garment factory or other related fields at least for 2 years and above • Extensive PC Hardware, printers support experience; • Understanding Web site knowledge and social media • Experience troubleshooting network technologies including LAN and WAN • Good personal & communicate,
