- Prepare planning and reporting (Daily weekly monthly). - Follow contractor to ensure that work is being carried out as per design/spec/schedule. - Identify and highlight possible risk on project. - Coordinate for verification of design issue with teamwork. - Check claim report to pass to construction manager. - Check quality and quantities of work on site. - Instruct contractor to manage site properly regarding safety and environment. - Interact with architect to solve out issue. - Able to use related software and survey instruments. - Other tasks assigned by construction manager.

- Bachelor’s degree of related construction field. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: - Minimum 2 years of experience in construction site. - Bachelor’s degree of related construction field. - Good command of reading, writing and speaking English are advantages. - Proficiency in computer skills program MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft project), and other programs related to skills involved. - Ability to coordinate and direct construction activities at work site. - Demonstrate positive and flexible attitude and high commitment. - Passionate about building environment and care about people and environment.
