Jobs Description

• Recruit, hire, and train sales team • Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed. • Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them. • Develop individual quotas and assign territories for team members. • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts • Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members • Forster a competitive yet collaborative team environment. • Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed. • Lead a team of sales personnel. • Actively explore business opportunities to increase sales volume. • Identify potential markets, sales channels, competition and propose effective sales strategy plan for account expansion & development to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets & KPIs. • Managing all sales channels, eg. general trade, modern trade, food services and ensure daily operations functioning well. • Establish network and build good rapport with new clients. • Conceptualize strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base. • Present relevant sales & operations reports and forecasts to the • management team. • Other tasks assign by GM

Jobs Requirement

• Bachelor or Master / Degree in Sales Management, Business Management or a related field with at least 3 years in FMCG industry. • Excellent track records in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets & KPIs. • Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal relationship and communication. • Strong business acumen sense and industry expertise. • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close. • Excellent leadership, coaching and people management skills. • A good team player with the ability to adapt in a fast paced environment. • Able to work independently and take initiative. • Excellent leadership skills. • Experience setting sales goals. • Results-oriented with strong analytical skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
