Jobs Description

1) Developing and expanding the sale target planning for food products series 2) Finding and setting up Sale Team Operation to support daily operation 3) Building a network of agents, coordinating with agents to organize and implement sales plans; Maintain good business relationship in the target area 4) Set strategy sale planning Vs Budgeting, and provide on/off the job training among Sale & MKT Dept 5) Set the target for weekly, monthly and semester target to meet sale & marketing planning 6) Preferably with experience in food business, Baby products knowledge, Noodle Company, Or FMCG background 7) Keep reporting all every Situation related to Customer, Depo, retail/whole sale, baby outlet, Hospital/Clinic whom had a contract between our Company and Supplying Baby outlet etc 8) Developing competency performance within the team, and role play as a key person 9) Follow up service providing to meet the customer demand on time, Delivery planning setting for delivery 10) Supporting our warehouse team for delivery on time with the right location 11) Maintain good teamwork and coordination among the team 12) Follow up and manage daily performance of depot sale team, target sale had been set up 13) Field visit the target sale & market and classify the potential area

Jobs Requirement

1. Bachelor degree of Sale/ Management or related field working 2. At least 3 years of experiences with a successful track record in achieving sale target Vs budgeting, setting up strategic planning and leading the whole team under supervising 3. More knowledge and understanding of Baby or Noodle or FMCG product at least 3 years 4. Have a strong communication among sale team and build network customer 5. Have managerial experience with inspired coaching spirit amount leadership skills 6. Strong communication and presentation skills, excellent customer service and problem solving 7. Strong interpersonal skill of external finding customer or business cooperating
