• Market research and analysis on competitor brands and market trends. • Strategy development and identify critical success factors. • Managing product segmentation, targeting and positioning. • Achieve set sales target on a monthly and quarterly basis. • Establishing liaisons (individual visits/calls, group presentations and other events) with customers – including pharmacists, doctors, and wholesale parties. • Asist in preparing an action plan and control implementation. • Attend the company’s meeting and training when required. • Close cooperation with Key Customers on regularly basis. • Close cooperation with Marketing Department.

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy/Medical Science degree. • At least 2 years working experience in pharmaceutical marketing. • Understanding of the business and organizational structure of pharma and healthcare sector. • Product and therapeutic classification is a plus. • Market knowledge with experience in sales. Able to demonstrate strategic marketing and strong sales skills. Prefer prior experience with medical industry. • Computer skills including Ms Word, Ms Excel spreadsheet, Power Point software. • Strong leadership presence with an ability to develop and deliver targeted presentations at all levels within an organization. • Analytical and strategic thinking. • Ability to learn fast, entrepreneurial thinking and positive attitude towards company and work. • Strong presentation and oral communication skills. • Self-motivated, creative and well organized. • Demonstrated interpersonal save with proven ability to build effective relationships throughout all levels internally and externally. • Ability to plan, organize and coordinate activities and special events. • Strong promotions-oriented writing and editing skills are must. • Good command of written and speaking English and Khmer.
