- To engage in After-Sales Service Support, Installation, Commissioning and Repair activities for ITS’s range of Medical & Scientific Equipment(s) & Consumables - To be responsible for meeting up with new and existing customers, by introducing and promoting service related packages for ITS’s range of Medical & Scientific Equipment(s) & Consumables - Help to build and enhance good relationship with all of our customers and grow service portfolio for the team

- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, preferably with the background of biomedical or relevant engineering discipline. - Prior service experience and product knowledge in the medical device industry would be an added advantage - Good communication & presentation skills (well versed in English – both spoken and written) - Good computer skills, especially in MS Office (Word / Excel / Powerpoint) - Can work independently and also a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Self-motivated, results-oriented individual with good business acumen - Positive attitude and willingness to learn
