Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly. - Supervising contracted staff. - Ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets and/or timescales. - Providing technical advice and solving problems on site. - Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork and submit to team leader. - Liaising with quantity surveyors about the ordering and the pricing of materials. - Being able to travel to sites/provinces. - Other work assign by management.

- At least Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, or similar. - 1 year work experiences in construction work or experience in a similar role. - Sound knowledge of Engineering, construction, and design. - Great leadership and organizational skills. - Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects. - Great written and verbal communication skills. - Familiar with software such as Auto CAD, MS office, etc. - Ability to communicate effectively in Khmer & English. - Fresh graduate is encourage to apply. - A willingness to learn.
