Jobs Description

o Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls. o Meeting planned sales goals. o Setting individual sales targets with the sales team. o Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary. o Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team. o Coordinating with marketing on lead generation. o The ongoing training of the salespeople and Depots. o Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education. o Promoting the organization and products. o Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products. o Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors. o Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies, and analyzing trends and results. o Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories, and projecting expected sales volume ad profit for existing and new products. o Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans. o Provide Training to Depot, Sales Team o Lead Depot and Sales team to do the right way and model of the success team o Build Relationship with Depot, Key Outlets, and Sales Team o Weekly, Monthly Sales Volume Report o Monthly Sales Expectation Result o Monthly Depot Competition Score • Analysis Data of sales volume competitor on the market • To be appraisal to Depot and Sales Team • Other Tasks had been assigned by the Management. •

Jobs Requirement

• Bachelor degree in Marketing / English or other field related. • Strong negotiation skills, good business acumen with excellent problem solving skills. • Proven track record with good communication and interpersonal skills. • Independent, pleasant personality, highly motivated, and a good team player. • Computer literate and knowledge on internet search, MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. • Experience in Soft Drink Industry will be an advantage. • Good written and oral communications skills. • Fluency in the languages of target markets may be required. • Able to work under pressure with a can-do attitude. • Ability to lead a sales team.
