- Successful candidate will joint enthusiasm and active team of expatiates and Cambodian to study on legal framework of Public Private Partnership (PPP) in water supply, design water supply infrastructure, cost estimation, facilitate procurement, supervision and quality assurance during construction.

Jobs Requirement

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Water Supply or Equivalent; • Has experience in planning, design, construction supervisor, operation and maintenance, cost estimation of drinking water supply networks, water treatment plant, storage, pumping station. • Has experience with ADB or WB funded project would be an advantage • High level English writing and communication skills
