- Responsible for producing architectural working drawings including all details for architectural interior projects - Work with design team to develop design ideas - May assist senior designers in selecting fixtures and finishes - Assist and learn detailing - Assist and learn the production of furniture & finish packages, along with cost estimating - Assists senior staff with verification of site details to support design - Visiting job sites to analyze space availability, design needs and the purpose of the space - Attending client meetings to understand the design needs and client preferences regarding interior styles and colors - Creating initial design sketches, color themes and ideas based on client requirements and space availability

- Graduate of architecture or design school: equivalent experience may be substituted - 1+ year experience or equivalent educational experience: strongly prefer experience working in corporate interior design projects - Basic sketching and rendering skills - Basic interior architecture detailing skills - Has strong conceptual skills - Strong creativity, artistic ability and imagination - Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and resolve any issues - Has good working knowledge of 2d,3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray and Photoshop. - Has the ability to work on tight deadlines
