- Lead preparation of projects plans, covering all of the customary elements for Projects - Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, architects and key team members of the project - Determine the necessary equipment, materials, and manpower needed - Conduct site checks to monitor progress and quality standards - Check and prepare site reports, designs and drawings - Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met - Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies - Keep all stakeholders aware of the progress on projects and prepare progress reports regularly - Assess and minimize risk; Evaluate risks and resolve any problems that may arise - Plan, develop and organize the construction effort to formulate the most cost-effective plan to timely completion within budget and to implement the execution of that plan;- - Knowledge and ability to manage and enforce quality control and quality assurance from the beginning to the end of a project - Adhere to Company Safety Standards and promote safety culture throughout the Company - Preparing the site with other construction professionals such as architects, engineers and surveyors before construction work starts - Other tasks assigned by General Manager

- Master/bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or other relevant field - 3 or more years of work experience with construction /real estate company - Be able to use with useful application - Good computer literacy MS Office; Auto CAD (2D;3D) or other related program - Strong construction knowledge and ability to control the quality and cost - Good negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, and problem solving skills - Be an excellent communicator, negotiator and think creatively - Be a problem solver, able to work under pressure with high responsibility
