- Lead preparation of projects execution plans, covering all of the customary elements for Projects. - Oversee construction/installation activities; including coordination of crews, contractors and subcontractors. - Manage Request Orders/change orders and other necessary items to keep project timelines on track. - Assist management in risk identification as it applies to understanding and interpreting contracts, liens, disputes and resolutions. - Inspection of construction work for conformance with the contract requirements. - Knowledge and ability to manage and enforce quality control and quality assurance from the beginning to the end of a project. Ensure quality construction exceeds company standards and proper industry techniques and processes are utilized, while ensuring the client’s needs. - Control Budget project. Provide overall leadership to the project team to ensure a safe, profitable & timely completed project. - Manage according to project schedule ensuring the corresponding talent available at the right times to meet necessary milestones & deadlines. - Report to owners and BOD team about progress and any necessary modifications of plans or timeline.
