• Obtaining understanding over internal control process and review existing process flow and develop new process flow to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of work. • Assist in recommendation based on independent judgement of corrective action and suggests improvements to operations and reductions in cost. • Perform and review risk-based audit based on audit program and prepare internal audit reports. • Maintain internal control systems by updating audit programs and questionnaires, recommending new policies and procedures. • Review audit documentation and provide updates on work status • Other task as assigns by management

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking or other relevant degree. • At least 5 years of work experience in Audit, Accounting and finance or any related fields. • Experience in auditing or Audit Firm is advantage. • High attention to details and excellent analytical skills • Strong presentation, communication, and report-writing skills in English and Khmer. • Have a flare for numbers, work well with people, aggressively anticipate impacts of workload/issues to team deadlines and have a very positive work attitude. • Flexible to travel
