- Manage product development workflow to ensure timelines are maintained. - Create and maintain appropriate / complete product development documentation including product specs and prototype notes. - Coordinate the product development process from initial concept to order confirmation. - Liase with HQ designers and HQ Sales Team to brief and evaluate artworks, product design overviews and techpack. - Conduct product review and suggest action plan for product development enhancements. - Select appropriate trim and fabric for sample development. - Track and facilitates sampling status, identifies and addresses key issues and challenges in construction - Issue Manufacturing Information to production once the order are confirmed. - Perform seasonal presentations in booklet form of all confirmed orders in production.

- Proficient in MS office, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop, etc. (is Must) - Experience in Apparel Development and or Manufacturing. - Product development experience is advantages. - Knowledge in techpack creation, garment fit construction execution. - Ability to read product specs and understanding complex details. - Good sense of typography, strong fashion sense, design talent and creativity. - Must be proactive, committed and a team player able to effectively work in a dynamic work environment and between teams and cross-cultural colleagues. - Strong communication skills across all levels of the departments. - Proficient in both spoken and written English.
