● Responsible to manage the Team to oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met. ● Prepare financial statements, business activity reports, and financial forecasts. ● Ensure that the organization’s financial records and recordkeeping methods are in compliance with applicable standards and regulations ● Periodically review the organization’s financial reports and identify opportunities for cost reduction report to Finance manager ● liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out ● Oversee the financial activities of the Company for financial reporting and help management make financial decisions. You will interface with managers of other departments, implement Group company policies and respond to questions and issues concerning Finance and Accounting matters ● Responsible for overseeing the month-end closing process. Ensure transactions for the moths are completely captured and recorded in the systems ● Oversee AR, AP and Petty cash (Weekly/Monthly report of AR/AP/Cashier and Problem to be solved ● Calculate OT, Salary cut and record into system ● Responsible for monthly tax and NSSF ● Accomplish tasks/objectives for tax audit preparation and requirements ● Handle assembly TDE project (Invoice/DOS, down payment, credit note, SoA…) ● Check and approve invoice, vouchers (with PR approval in ZOHO and GL account) ● Handle Smart supplier ● Assist for yearly inventory counting ● Manage work permit, labor (Ministries audit) and Renew work permit (E.B.M agent, Camfeba) ● Request Quota ● Renew Mark/ Brand registration (MOC), Annual declaration (MOC company registration) ● Keep company headquarters every 2 years (From City hall)

- A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business administration is required. - Three or more years’ experience as a financial analyst is also required. - Must have demonstrated ability to lead a team of 6 or more - Good communication skills and the ability to work well with people with and without finance/accounting backgrounds are essential. - Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills , plus a good working knowledge of Microsoft - Strong leadership, team building and interpersonal skills - Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret and trend information - Be confident and self-motivated. - Experience in developing team strategies
