• Received and coordinates Buyers Head Office regarding the Buyer’s order • Process sample development for Buyers requirement • Reviews order requirements to ensure that they are adequate and clearly defined • Complete Master Order and identify type of materials and quantity required per order • Sourcing of raw materials and purchasing local and abroad • Purchase raw materials for production use. (from local and overseas suppliers) • Liaise with factory on production planning and scheduling status • Liaise with material procurement department and logistics department on the delivery of fabrics and accessories o factory • Makes the daily internal order progress report to monitor the order status • Makes weekly shipment schedule • Coordinates and updates the Buyer regarding the order status • Follow up all sample requirement to send on time. Making sample schedule. • Booking with forwarder for bulk shipment • Set-up files
