- Responsible on whole company’s products/items purchase order plan and reserving stock - Keep tracking on the whole process of products transportation from oversea, border and arriving factory and verify the quality, quantity and information into invoice - Follow up and solving problems occur while transport products - Responsible on timely renewal or new preparing the company’s certificate of operating or related documents condition with all ministry and make sure there is no overdue of the deadline or get punishment - Filling all documents of purchasing and relevant document from ministry to be well organized - Assist accounting team in purpose of deliver urgent document to be submitted to any place as requested - Control all company’s fix asset, coding, data entry into system and filling both soft and hard copy document - Other tasks assigned by Supervisor/Manager

- Working experience in related accounting function and/or general administration with ministry - Knowledgeable on documents required from ministry for company’s operation - Experience or knowledge in logistic or clearance documentation with customer officer at the border - Proficiency in English and Thai language is preferable - High degree of accuracy and attention to detail - Good communication, attitude and interpersonal skill - Fast learner, efficient work, be able to work under pressure and high responsibility - Willing to work hard and flexibility in working hours, multitask and prioritize daily workload - Computer skill (Ms. Word, Excel, Internet & E-mail)
