• Prepare, negotiate term price condition and maintain supplier relationship. • Prepare and maintain Purchase record, Report and price list. • Checking the contract, Price and process Purchase Order all of Construction materials. • Follow up the delivery schedule of materials from supplier to site. • Prepare all related document to account department for payment to supplier. • Prepare for materials sourcing schedule. • Planning order for Contractions materials. • Update and report all own duty to supervisor. • Weekly Purchasing Report, Supplier List, Delivery Schedule, PR Report to Supervisor. • Other tasks assign by Supervisor and Manager.

• Bachelor degree in accounting or related file. • Good in English Speaking, Writing and Listening. • At least 2 years of working experience. • Good in problem solving, Planning, documentation and mercy skills. • Proficiency is using Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point…. etc. • Be detailed, hard- working, flexible, honest and willing to working hours, multitask, prioritize daily workload and work as a team. • Good communication, attitude and interpersonal skill. • Fast learner, efficient work, be able to work under pressure and high responsibility.
