-Ensure all civil & structural works carried out by the contractors are in compliance with construction drawings and specifications, QA/QC requirements as per contractual obligations -Ensure that the civil & structural works are carried out in compliance with the HSE requirements -Oversee the construction submittal processes -Participate in solving on-site problems -Review and check laboratory test results -Prepare site observation reports -Ensure reporting of accurate percentage of work completion -Ensure timely and accurate work progress reports submitted by the contractors. -Prepare site inspection reports -Other duties assigned by his/her supervisor

-Bachelor's degree in civil engineering -A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in similar projects -Proficiency in civil engineering project management software, such as Microsoft Project, as well as CAD -In-depth knowledge in civil engineering and construction specifications, standards, and codes -Good project management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills -Good time-management, and organizational abilities -Excellent communication and collaboration skills -Availability to perform construction site visits outside of business hours, whenever required
