• Execute and prepare Monthly/Quarterly POSM & Branding Material production Qty to each region. • Work closely with all BCs /Sales for POSM monthly usage. • Raise PR, Prepare payment and documentation. • Support sales team for production localize promotion POSM support...Banner or Poster. • Monitor and verify on supplier production quality, lead time. • Send the purchasing order to overseas vendor. • Check the sale contract, invoice and Packing list. • Arrange the payment, book the shipment and follow up the shipment. • Keep track the Shipment from suppliers or purchases. • Research new suppliers to support supply chain department. • To find new vendors for best quality and Prices. • To draft contract and maintain all vendor relationship. • Coordinate the delivery of good through supplier to ensure they are arrived on time. • Ensuring to inform of any issues or delays relating to procurement and supply of goods. • Working with Purchasing and account Supervisor to develop strategies and procedures. • Sourcing quality good from approved overseas suppliers and recommending new products and suppliers while focusing on the highest value at lowest cost. • Responsible for supplier invoices verification. • Negotiate Price and follow up by mail or Phone call with supplier.

• Posses at least a Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent. • At least 2 years of working experience in logistic environment. • Posses a good command of English and Chinese. • Energetic & able to work independently.
