• Receive and review the purchase request from other departments. • To ensure all purchase order are properly signed and approved • Prepare purchase orders • To source samples and quotations from various suppliers • Compare and select the most suitable suppliers with best value based on criteria • Outsourcing and negotiate the price with suppliers • Ensure promptness and quality of ordered products and services • Ensure the ordering process is conducted properly based on rules and regulations • Verify the amount and cost of orders • Review and evaluate the performance of the suppliers • Submit final invoices to the Accounting Department • Manage warehouse and ensure all products in the warehouse are in good qualities • Distribute the products to all requesting departments/restaurants • Perform other duties assigned by Manager

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field. • 2 years of experience in purchase order. • Good knowledge in food and beverage product • Detail oriented personality and high commitment to work. • Good common in English • Able to work independently. • Computer Literate: Microsoft Office E-mail &Internet;. • Be honest and responsible towards the job. • Willing to work hard and be flexible on timings
