• Purchase and control company inventory • Prepared invoice , payment vouchers, receipts and follow up on payment • Prepared reports for Accounting Manager • SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES : (detail of daily task) • Security of proper account and records • Proper processing and accounting for all financial transaction • Prepared payment voucher, receipts voucher , journal voucher, and ensure that all record are posted in to accounting system • Prepared payment request and submit to accounting manager for approval • Develop the control account such as account payable , account receivable • Prepared monthly accounting and financial management report • Arrange for company’s financial audit if required • Assist the company with day to day work operation , providing security works and accounting supports to all branches to ensure effective implementation of the company • Other related job will be assigned by Accounting Supervisor

• At least 1 years proven experience in a service environment • Bachelor degree from related field. • Knowledge of computerized accounting system is preferable. • Good written and spoken English and Khmer • Strong communication and management skills and team work experience and • Advance excel and Quick Book is a plus
